Does Kremey have a membership fee?
No. Kremey has no membership fee. Everyone shops at the same regular price, with no club card, no annual fee and nothing to join before you can buy.
What does Kremey sell?
Kremey sells everything a grocery store does except fresh food. That means pantry staples, drinks, snacks and candy, household and cleaning supplies, and personal care, all in packs and bulk.
Does Kremey sell fresh food?
No. Kremey does not sell fresh food. There is no produce, meat, dairy case or frozen fresh food here, so nothing in your order can spoil on the way to you.
What sizes do products come in?
Only packs and bulk. Cases, multi-packs, boxes and big bags are the whole idea, so you stock up once instead of buying single items every week.
How is Kremey different from a warehouse club?
There is no club card and no annual fee. Kremey keeps the bulk packs and the stock-up habit, then delivers to your door instead of asking you to drive to a warehouse.
Can I place a one-time order?
Yes. Every product can be ordered once, with no schedule attached. Refill schedules are simply an option for staples you reorder anyway, never a requirement.
How do office refills work?
You pick the packs and a delivery schedule, and we deliver. Offices choose weekly, biweekly or monthly refills of snacks, coffee, drinks and breakroom supplies, and can skip or swap any cycle.
How do shipping and sales tax work?
Kremey ships to US addresses only. At checkout, shipping is priced for your cart and your address, plus a $2.00 handling fee, and sales tax is calculated at checkout. There is no membership fee on top, ever.
How does delivery work?
Orders are delivered to your door. You order once or set a refill schedule, your packs ship together in their cases, and offices pick the delivery day that suits the team.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Tell us what arrived and we will send the right pack or return your money, whichever you prefer.
Can I return something I no longer need?
Yes. Unopened packs in their original packaging can be returned. Contact us first so we can arrange it, and keep the pack sealed until it is on its way back.
Does Kremey sell Asian and international foods?
Yes. The Asian and international aisle is a full Kremey department, with instant noodles, rice crackers, sauces, and Japanese and Korean snacks and sweets in bulk packs.
Who is Kremey for?
Anyone who stocks up. Families filling a pantry, offices filling a breakroom, rental hosts, small cafés and shops all buy the same packs at the same regular price.
